食器しょっきのバラエティこそ、日本にっぽんのやきもの（注）の特とく色しょくの一ひとつだと思おもいます。そして、日本人にっぽんじんのやきものに対たいする思おもいとか愛あい着ちゃくは、食器しょっきのみならず、種しゅ類るいの豊ほう富ふさにあらわれているといってもいいでしょう。

私わたしたちは食しょく事じのたびに、もちろん料りょう理りも食たべていますが、知しらずに目めで食器しょっきも食たべているのです。だから興きょう味み・関かん心しんがないというのは、不ふ注ちゅう意いなだけなのです。すでに下した地じはできているのですから、あと一歩いっぽ踏ふみこめば、やきものに興きょう味み・関かん心しんがグッと深ふかまるはずなのだと思おもいます。
