これはある国くにで行おこなわれた、すしの大たい会かいについての記き事じである。

先せん日じつ、「すし一いち番ばん」という大たい会かいが行おこなわれ、各かく地ちから集あつまった15人にんのすし屋やが、すしを作つくるはやさと、皿さらに並ならべたすしの全ぜん体たい的てきな美うつくしさを競きょう争そうした。

参さん加か者しゃのほとんどは、10年ねん以い上じょうの経けい験けんがある人ひとたちだったが、今年ことしの優ゆう勝しょう者しゃは、すし屋やになって5年ねん目めの27歳さいの若わか者ものだった。

優ゆう勝しょう者しゃには日本旅行にほんりょこうがプレゼントされ、旅りょ行こう中なかには、有ゆう名めいな日本料理にほんりょうり店てんで食しょく事じをしたり、料りょう理りを作つくっているところを見けん学がくしたりすることになっている。優ゆう勝しょう者しゃは、日本にっぽんに初はじめて行いくので、とてもうれしいと語かたった。
